Return, Home and again work, work and work!...
Salam, but now from Tehran,
I have arrived yesterday to Tehran, and now there is again the life, home and work, work and work! maybe it is strange to you that why I write still in English but first of all I am still in the atmosphere of abroad and not yet compeletely adopted with the home!, and then I have seen that it might be a way to communicate with more people and I will try to do it in the future between my Persian blogs. Now I found myself under an avalanche of the letters, and works deposited in my office on my desk and should be done as soon as possible, and my students that wanted to see me but they couldn't in the last week and now they are all doing it at once.. but this is the life!.
It is still stange to me that the post-gradute students are speaking about their scores that they obtained in their exams!, why? because it is still important for them to obtain, for instance,17.5 in place of 16.5!. Last week in the EGU meeting I have seen that that most of the post-graduate students (MSc and PhD students) are engaged in their researches in the research labs. Most of them are thinking on nothing but the research. You might think that they have no economic and social problem, and you may have partially in a right position, but you should be informed that the research works performed now a days in the developped world is mostly based on the aim and faith of the scientific peoples that believe on their jobs, even in the most difficult situations. Therefore, please do not search the excuses over the real difficulties that we have!!!.
This is not only to the students but to the graduated researchers and they should be first of all the pioneer in this way.
